The Rett Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado is very excited to host our 2nd Rett Family Symposium. It’s a free event!
We will host clinic specialists and guest speakers to talk on a range of topics for families who have a child with Rett, CDKL5, MeCP2 Duplication and FOXG1. We hope that each family walks away with valuable knowledge on issues affecting your child, as well as some new tools to help manage and plan for your child’s day to day care.
We will also have multiple family support groups and vendors for families to talk with and connect with. Plan to visit many equipment and therapy booths and tables between presentations.
Topics to be covered:
- Research Update
- Natural History Study Update
- Trials Update
- GI Problems
- Transitioning to Adult Care
- Seizure Treatment
- Cortical Vision Impairment

Location: Children’s Hospital, Aurora, Room TBD
It is OK to bring your children, but there will not be any childcare available. We will cover a lot of information, so we encourage you to find alternative childcare at home so that you can focus on the symposium itself.
