Dr. Terry Katz is a Senior Instructor with Distinction and a licensed psychologist in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Katz provides assessment and treatment for children and families at the Child Development Unit, a clinical program within the section of Neurodevelopmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Colorado. She has worked with children with developmental disabilities since 1986 and is particularly interested in addressing sleep difficulties in children with developmental disabilities. She recently published the book Solving Sleep Problems in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders: A Guide for Frazzled Families. Dr. Katz has worked in the Rett Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado since its inception. She is a Professional Advisor for the International Rett Syndrome Foundation. She has been honored to be a part of the RMRA board and greatly admires the energy, devotion, and enthusiasm of her fellow board members.
