About Team Select Home Care

My name is Mark Prussin and I am the Community Relations Manager for Team Select Home Care. I have had the privilege of working with Rocky Mountain Rett Association, and over the past few weeks we’ve spoken on numerous occasions about all the amazing supports that Rocky Mountain Rett offers people with special needs. Team Select is extremely involved in the disabled community, and has an extreme passion to help disabled people with Medicaid find the right resources to better their lives.

Team Select Home Care is sponsoring Certified Nursing Aid Certification Courses

Ways that we are involved in our community range from partnering with specific organizations to host special events, being involved in community walks and sponsorships, assisting families navigate the complex Medicaid system, and partnering in advocacy efforts in conjunction with and/or on behalf of families as they encounter challenges pertaining to their disabled loved ones. Our largest community effort however, is our Family CNA Program. This is a Medicaid program, available to any family or individual that has Medicaid or a Medicaid waiver. The primary way that we utilize this program is by sponsoring the parent/guardian/family member to go through a Certified Nursing Aid (CNA) certification course, meaning we cover all the costs. The amazing part of the program is that upon completion of that CNA certification course, these family members then become eligible to receive financial compensation to provide care to their loved one/child, while being an employee of Team Select.

I have personally experienced this program change family’s lives for the better on many occasions. This is one of the main reasons why I ventured out to Colorado from the east coast (please don’t hold the fact that I am a Yankee against me ), to be able to help change families lives forever. I first got involved with the disabled community when I was in 8th grade, and it has been a true passion of mine ever since.

My primary goal and focus is to be as good of a community partner as possible, regardless of whether it involves Team Select or not. Helping families who need access to specific resources is what we center our company philosophy around.

I ensure you that my primary goal and focus in life is to help this population to the fullest. I would absolutely love the opportunity to meet with your family in the future to discuss different ways that we can help you gain access to a multitude of different resources that can benefit them in the long run.

Thank you so much, and I look forward to speaking with you in the future. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at any point via email or phone and I will be happy to speak with you. All my contact information is below my name in the signature, have an amazing rest of your week!

Sincerely,
Mark Prussin
