Rett manifests in various ways, ranging from children in wheelchairs to those who can talk and walk. RMRA is on the lookout for images and videos that showcase the diversity of Rett and highlight Rett children in our promotional materials. By depicting Rett children in their everyday routines, we aim to illustrate the unique challenges they face and ultimately raise funds for the Rett Clinic.

Who is RMRA?

The Rocky Mountain Rett Association (RMRA) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and their families impacted by Rett Syndrome. We provide resources and engage in advocacy, education and awareness efforts. We also raise funds to help fund the Rett Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado and to support the search for a cure.

The Rett Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado

One of RMRA’s main tasks is maintaining the Rett Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Accessibility is one of our top goals. In our Rett Clinic, Rett Families conveniently stay in one room, and the doctors come to the patients, not vice versa. Variety is also essential!

Our Rett Clinic is multidisciplinary. For one afternoon, we bring together up to 15 sub-specialty providers and therapists to offer a comprehensive evaluation for your child.

Take Action

RMRA is mostly a volunteer-based organization. We are always looking for people to help organize events, spread the word or help us fundraise. Read more on how you can contribute to our cause or participate yourself.
